This website for a writer and creative director does a few unexpected things in unorthodox ways. Focus is on presenting a selection of work and feedback from clients with an intentionally over the top tone.
The front page of the site is a photo portait abstracted into large “pixels” which, when clicked, display semi-randomized bits of content. These might be a graphic teases to work samples, quoted client feedback, audio samples of work for radio, produced video, etc.
Structurally, the site relies on light javascript and efficient CSS to be very performant and minimize host environment dependencies. Everything is prerendered/static with some content data passed in as JSON as needed.
